Billy Hoyne is a docker at Waadt Applience and the twin brother of Jeff Hoyne
Season 2[]
Billy was one of Earl and Randy's friend when while they were working at Waadt Applience. When Earl want to work out the front of the store Billy disapproved of this and damaged an oven door that Earl had fixed on propose. But Billy was amazed when Earl got out his own stock after he was promoted when it was raining as it no one else out front had even done that before and to help Earl achieve his dream job requested to purchase an oven off him after the store closed. Season 3[]
When Earl was put in a coma and his gurney ended up stuck on a Waadt Applience truck, Randy, Joy, Darnell and Catalina when to Billy to find out where the truck went. When told the driver of the truck was a woman Billy knew the truck belonged to Sissy and she proberly went home as she owned the truck so Randy asked him to draw a map to Sissy's house and the hospital on his hands.
