Headgear was the nickname given by Randy to a girl with braces on the Camden County Cheer Squad attending Kimmi Himler's Cheer Academy.
Season 4[]
Headgear was part of the cheer squad for Camden County when Randy and Earl arrived. She was most sympathetic towards the two, explaining that Camden had never won the competition. She seemed doubtful as to whether Camden had a chance, but after Randy's inspiring speech she agreed to go ahead with the competition. They performed the cheer, which ended up being more successful than any of them could have hoped for ("We've Got Spirit").
